    dirtwarrior,

    Cordygen and Piracatem

Neither individually or stacked are these going to increase your focus or training in the gym.

The cost of both totals to be about $60 plus shipping. For a lot less you can get a proven performer.

    Caffeine

Caffeine has been demonstrated to increase your focus and energy in training.

The 2010 issue of Journal Nutrition Research stated a "boost workout performance, including muscle strength, endurance and workout intensity."

"Creatine and Caffeine 20 grams of whey protein, 2-5 g of creatine and 200-400 milligrams of caffeine within 30 minutes before workout."

The cost of 20 gram of whey protein is about 50 cents, 5 grams of creatine about 10 cents and caffeine is about 10 cent per 200 gram.

Caffeine or the combination of caffeine with whey and creatine is effective...and most important of all, it works.

    I understand.

Another option (as you know) is buy it and try it.

I ordered it about an hour ago. Mainly need something to get me started on cardio, then I can do cardio on my own.
I will sure let people know how it works. This thread doesn't seem like it is very popular though and am glad you posted

    dirtwarrior,

    Hype

Unfortunately, you're going to find that it doesn't work. That because what they are really selling you is hype.

However, sometimes you need to find out for yourself. It's an investment in you education...so, it's not a total waste.

    Primatene/Bronkaid

As Sloppyj stated, this stuff works! It's ephedrine.

Combining Ephedrine (20-25 mg) with Caffeine (200 mg) is like:

    2 + 2 = 6

This is one of the most effective combinations that I've ever seen.

    It too delivers.

    Popularity of Thread

This thread isn't popular because no one has used these products. That in itself should tell you something.

If it worked, other would be coming out of the woodwork to tell you about it.

    Most Honorable Dude,

.... My favorite is NO2 Explode BSN. Kenny will tell you it is expensive and I can get more bang for my buck and he would be right on target. I just love the taste and the little bubbles get me super human strength... It's a mind game you know. Or you can hit an aspirin and caffeine like my buds. Get Orange if you go.

Check out Lecithin. The choline present in Lecithin is a precursor for acetylcholine. One of the main neurotransmitters in the brain. It increases thought process and stimulates the brain. It is also used as the communication betweenmuscle fibers when to release calcium ions and contract the muscle. I was Just looking in to something today that would get my mind to focus harder and in control so as Im studying I will retain and retrieve information efficiently. I read people are thinking more clearly and anxiety was gone.

But who knows how much you gotta take for it to work. Im still going to check it out.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.
TJTJ is fictional character and purely theoretical.

hey your body is not a lab where you try things....do not rely on any stimulant it is useless and mentally addictive , show me a 20 years on ephedrine and see if he can keep up with me at 50. Motivate yourself by setting goals and concentrate on each workout as if it is going to be your best.
