Tips on Being Able to Consume More Solid Food

I'm a solid powerlifter at 275 but i'm looking to get to super heavy weight in about a year or two. I usually supplement my caloric intake by drinking shakes and milk in between meals but I've noticed that my body isn't respond as well to the liquid calories. I've looked online but haven't found any appetite stimulants that seem to work well do you guys know of any?

AnaBeta by PES. now it isnt a appetite stim, but it has a side effect of increasing your appetite.

This^ Anabeta users are all reporting increased appetite with this product. It is great to stack with Prohormones or AAS because it can help you take in the calories required to push growth.

Are you getting enough minerals? As soon as I started taking potassium chloride I started getting a growling stomach in the middle of the night. Stomach needs the chloride for the hydrochloric acid it uses to break down nutrients. Many people can get by with the amount of chloride present in table salt (NaCl), but the RDA states one should get more chloride than sodium, so there needs to be an additional source of chloride free of sodiuim.

The late Trevor Smith wrote a fine article on how he got it down by using a blender. Google his articles but I think someone recently reposted them on IM or PM.

AnaBeta giving people major appetite increase indeed!

    As far as techniques go:

Dont eat 3 HUGE meals, eat 5-6 big meals

    Drink water throughout the day

Drink water with your meals. The more you drink the faster you digest

AFTER meals, drink 8-12 oz of milk. Even on a full stomach you can fit 8-12oz of liquid. Do this with every meal and thats another 500-600 cals every day

Just eat an oreo...makes it easy to drink
