flax oil vs pill and other supplements

Hi there. I just started bbing again, been at it steady for about a month now (120lb 17 year male).
I'm going to pick up some supplements pretty soon, I was thiking some protein powder (??N-Large2 Weight gainer perhaps any suggestions??), some L-glutamine and flax oil. Maybe some creatine.
Any comments on what supplements I should buy? I want to bulk up a bit. What kind of protein powdoer should i buy? What's the difference between the flax pill and flax oil? Would creatine be advisable?

Protein, your choice I use Optimum nutrition 100% whey
Glutamine and Creatine would be gr8
Go with the flax oil not the pill
I would also get some multi-vitamins.

I use flax oil in capsule form, but it's the same thing, the capsules are filled with flax oil. If you puncture one the oil will drain out.

I like the pills too as far as flax. It's just easier to get the exact amount you're looking for.. and they're easy to swallow.

And Katamaster had the right idea.. Optimum Nutrition's Whey is great, and for bulking, NLarge2 works well post-workout. I've used both and loved them. Some Creatine, Glutamine and Multi-Vitamins are always worth the little extra cash too.

Keep in mind though of course, that the key is not the supps and the powders, it's the overall diet. Get tons of protein, and tons of calories in 6 small meals a day.

    Good luck!

As far as I know it's the same flax, just wrapped up in a little pill.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protien is my favorite.
Creatine would be a good choice also.
None of this stuff matters if your diet isn't in order though! Make sure you have your diet together before buying this stuff. There is a reason they are called supplements.

ok so i guess i'll pick up some whey powder, creatine and glutamine this monday when i go out of town.
What kind of creatine should i get? I've heard creapure is the best. Also what's a good manufacturer of glutamine? How much glutamine and creatine should I take and when? Is 'overloading' on creatine advisable and how much should I take when overloading vs regularly? Keep in mind I'm currently 120 lbs. I take my protein powder post workout and maybe some in the morning. Should I also take vinegar post workout? I read it's good for restoring your glycogen. Could I just mix all the above into one post workout shake? And when is the best time to take flax oil?
    Thanks again

Just a regular whey protein w/o the carbs....you can add the carbs to your meal on their own...i.e. sweet potato, apple, rice, etc....much healthier.
