    Getting lean

Alright, so ive had my fairshare of prohormones and got great results, but after a few months ive lost some of my mass and I dont think its worth losing my hard earned muscle. so now im taking a more "natural" body building route. Well Right now im trying to get lean and gain a few pounds and reduce body fat. I just got Cell Tech hardcore (creatine), Protein, C4 by Cellucor, NO Xplode Caffeine Free, and MuscleTech Hydroxycut. Do you guys think this is good? or am i missing anything or what?

I would really suggest against the Muscle-Tech products, they're ridiculously overpriced and under-effective. That being said you have your bases covered, I would suggest adding a multi-vitamin, fish oil, maybe B-Complex for energy but looks like you have at least a few basics covered. How is your Diet and Training, this is were results are really going to come from, not a tub of powder or bottle of pills

Yes, ditch Muscletech. Drink plenty water, cut carbs and switch to veggies in the evening, do cardio everyday, eat properly and you will see the changes. Once you have your 7 day calorie maintenance baseline you can determine how many calories and where to drop them... Start slow so as to be able to add more tools as you get further in to keep seeing results.

Animal pak is a great multi vitamin! How ever I would recommend taking only 1 pak a day opposed to the two that they suggest. I feel that 1 pak per day is plenty. I wouldn't cut out all your carbs like above suggested. You are trying to gain lean muscle correct? Try to eat 1g carbs/ 1lb body weight. 1.5g protein/ body weight and .5gfat /body weight. See where that takes you then make changes accordingly.

alright that sounds better than what i was planning. but i apparently have 19.9 % body fat but i can see a 4 pack (flexing). i want to drop to 10 % and below, i know it depends on the person and diet and training, but how long do you think it would take for me to get to atleast the 10-13% range?

If you can see your abs when flexing, you are most likely below 15% body fat (or a lucky guy at 15% body fat who can see his abs).
