Just started my H-drol cycle...could use a little help?
I am just starting my journey today for the first time using H-drol. I am a 48 yr old male weighing approx 210lbs. Would like to know more if someone has the time to share some input. Here is how my schedule will be
I have already pre-cycled for a week..here is my 1 week precyc
Ginko Biloba 120 mg a 2 / daily
Saw palmetto 120 mg a 2 / daily
L taurine 1000 mg 3 / daily
Ashwagandha 500 mg 2 / daily
Competitive labs Cycle assit 2 caps 2 / daily
Today, I started my H-drol cycle
H-drol wks 1 - 6 75/100/100/100/100/100
Cycle assit 8 caps daily
L-taurine 1000mg 3 / daily
L-arginine 5000mg 1 hour prior to work out
fish oil 1000 mg 2 / daily
Ashwagandha 500mg 2/daily
Ginko Biloba 120mg 2/daily
I always eat clean so got that on track
No alcohol for 10 weeks
I have a bottle inhibit E, and would like to know where I would cycled it in?
So I guess I need a little direction here..if ya got some time to spare?
i personally always go the serm route on pct...but i believe with hdrol i just went the OTC. you could use inhibit pct along side a natty test booster like anabolic matrix
you dont need inhibit e during ur first h drol cycle IMO. but i used novedex xt for PCT with H drol and it was AMAZINGGGGG . the only problem is its discontinued, so its like $80 now. but i heard phyto serms 347 is good so id use that and the inhibit e in ur post
