    Optimum Nutrition W/ ........?

    Hey Guys,
    I am currently taking 2 optimum nutrition shakes per day, and was looking for an alternative Protein shake to make it 3 a day.
    Currently the third shake is that MAX WPI but i was considering getting a cheaper one, No thrills just good protein!
    Suggestions wanted!

    If your using this other shake before bed, I'd go with HSN driver protein.

    Three protein shakes a day is a bit much, don't you think? Aren't you eating any real food?

    Hey guys,
    Well i dont think three shakes is abit much, it is much easier to down a shake then a meal.
    So thats my main reason for three shakes a day before gym after gym and before bed!
    Iam going to have the optimum in the morning and before bed i was just looking for another shake to take after training?
    Any suggestions

    Me neither really, my protein is probably 50/50 food/powder, mostly chicken and sometimes tuna.

    I hope you dont mean whey before bed, you really should look into something thats going to last longer than 20 minutes

    WHat typ of optimum are use using they Whey or pro-complex or what? I usually take a shake when i wake up in the morning (it is at 3:45 AM I am not in the mood to make food) then pre-workout, post workout, and if I dont have the food or time, I will take some kind of Casien (usually Pro-complex) before bed
