    A pint of whole (full fat) milk with 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Maybe a few scoops of whey. Take twice a day. Become a behemoth. Break records and the will of lesser men alike.

    1.5 cups of oats
    12-14 oz. skim milk
