    creatine side fx

I was talking to a friend about supplements and he said that our wrestling coach is really against creatine usage. I haven't had a chance to talk to him about it yet, but does anyone know of any harmful side effects to creaitne?

If you in wrestling I would not take creatine, do to not drinking water to drop down some weight for a match etc. Hell the wrestling coach at my school even makes them spit to drop some weight

In the off-season it’s ok to take it, just keep your water intake high. The only side effects of creatine I know of are enhanced endurance and strength

THere are no real side effects to Creatine, as long as it's used correctly.
