Sore Throat with Anabeta?
Anyone else get a sore throat while taking Anabeta? I've been taking it a little over a week and have had one since about then. I'm not sure if it's the Anabeta or not.

Shouldnt be the anabeta.

Hmm, the only other thing I started taking at the same time is magnesium citrate in powder form. Maybe I'll cut that out for a few days and see what happens.

you have a sore throat because your mouth gets dry on anabeta. mouth gets dry equals a growth of bacteria which gives u a sore throat. drink water

many users have experienced increase in thirst while on it. it's normal.
