    HumaPro or 'standard' EEA

I think all the hype is gone, but does HumaPro really does what it says on the tin?

Ie 99% anabilic with no calories where as protein from whey is only 20% anabolic, rest is a waste. And this waste is turned into carbs (hence insulin spikes after taking whey)

5g of HumaPro = 25g of protein from whey which is 30g of whey at (80% protein)

HumaPro® is a “specific for humans ratio” of predigested Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) providing the complete corrected amino acid profile for near zero waste and highest anabolic ratio possible.

Has anyone tested it against standard EAAs?

^There is no way I can believe this, I never read about any pros or amateur BB that uses this philosophy. Stop spreading information that is not true. Next you are going to say that fish oil is all the fat you need?

Yes Humapro does everything it claims and more. Better utilization and virtually no calories, you can't beat it. HP will also help the absorption and utilization of the other foods you eat making them more effective as well. You will also be leaner as HP helps fight the storage of fat and slightly regulate insulin fluctuations.
