    Creatine during contest prep.

    Is it a good idea? When should i stop?

    I don't think you need to stop creatine but you would have to cut/taper off water intake pre-contest right? One thing I would worry about while on creatine and being dehydrated is cramps, from experience, so in that case I would cut out creatine probably a week before the contest.

    I spoke to a competing bodybuilder (national champ) and he said that creatine monohydrate is a no-go while contest prep.
    If u want to take creatine, just go for kre alkalyn.

    Hmm im torn because i want to stay strong and have the comfort effect on my joints but i want to be able to drop water at the end.

    Yeah.

    I'm not competing, but I did carb loading and carb depletion and dropped water like competitiors do last summer for fun I looked really dry, and I didn't use any diuretics or AAS.

    For comp I would use some AI like Aromasin/Arimidex to clear estrogen and use Lasix to drop water fast (in between other stuff).

    BTW u can carb load nicely using test susp
