What is Swole?
1). I read a lot of threads in which people were extolling the virtues of Swole. I had to try it. I'm on day five of the Swole (I know give it a little more time) and I'm not too impressed yet. I certainly haven't enjoyed the mega pumps others have referred to.
2). With the upcoming ban on certain Avant products I ordered, and now have, some Noraderm and 4aderm. I won't be ready to use these (for my very first prohormone adventure) until at least March b/c I want to really establish my base and be pushing barriers when I do the phs. Anyway, I have them in a little refrigerator. Is this appropriate storage?
3). This topic is about keeping post PH cycle gains. Several threads emphasize post cycle regimens of high calories and good nutrition, lower work-out volume; and certain products (i.e. 6oxo, zma) to maximize and keep post cycle gains. My question is, what do y'all mean by keeping gains. Does this mean that as long as you keep eating like a mad dog and working out like a beast you will keep most of your gains indefinitely? Or, do you slowly but surely lose the ph gains and become compelled to repeat the phs to re-achieve the same gains. I don't know if I worded this last query too artfully but I think y'all know what I'm gettin' at.
Info is appreciated.
Thanks.

A creatine type product. It is actually a creatine pre-cursor. I don't recommend it b/c it contains aspartame, something I became aware of after it arrived in the mail.
What is it supposed to do differently than regular creatine? Or is it not supposed to do anything different and you are dipleased with it so far?

It's supposed to give you a kick-ass pump. I've seen some threads claiming ridiculous pumps and touting this product for creatine "non-responders."
I characterize myself as a medium-lite responder to creatine and thought the Swole might be fun so gave it a whirl. If things change in the next few days I'll post.

I use regular old "german quality" creatine and I can't say I notice anything from it, maybe its just minor enough that I distinguish poorly from yay/nay creatine useage.
Or maybe I fall into the same 'non responder' category you talk about? I dunno.
What I remember about this product is that early versions were very strong in thier insulin spike, so much so that GP talked about getting sick off it I believe. It was some months ago I think that they toned things down.

Hopefully if all goes well, you don't loose it all. You try to gain a little size and strength with each cycle and keep adding.

Swole has Aspartame and Phenylalanine in it. I have been using it for about three weeks, no noticeable results from it. Although I can't prove it, I think it is responsible for the rashes I am getting on my arms. I think I'll switch back to Creatine.
