    BCAA supplement feedback

I am thinking of adding some BCAA supps. I am clean bulking and am already taking in more than 1 gram of protein per lb of my body weight.

I am cycling off stims right now and am dragging in the gym a bit. I am looking for a little extra boost for my workouts. I am think of getting ON superior Amino 2222.

I know pre and post workout is good to take these. Should I be taking these at any other time of the day?

Do I even need these if my diet is spot on?

Any results or feedback is greatly appreciated

    Thanks guys

If you want BCAAs, then take BCAAs. The product you listed isn't BCAAs, more like a bad mixture of EAAs with some random additional crap tossed in.

BCAAs won't give you a boost, period. That's like thinking protein will give you a boost. BCAAs are only about edge nutrition... either compensating for reduced calories during a recomp, muscle sparing if you exercise in the morning while intermittent fasting, or adjusting the amino acid profile of the foods you eat to reflect a higher percentage of leucine, isoleucine and valine to try and get that last bit of anabolism (or anti-catabolism) out of them.

I use BCAA powder, but I'm also doing a recomposition diet combined with intermittent fasting. I use them peri-workout to avoid catabolism. If you're bulking, you probably won't notice any difference from them.

Xtend is a fav of mine too, especially the grape one.

I think most places have a sale on it since scivation reformulated it and retailers are getting rid of the old stuff

Don't get caps is a pain in the ass to take it. Just get powder like these guys told u.

Either get 1kg (economical) or try Recoup from Dymatize. It contains ajinomoto amino acids, which r top of the line aminos. Blueberry and lemonade tastes amazing.

Dude, proteins and amino acids don't give u energy or stuff like that, I mean wtf?

BCAAs and insulin work together to transport other amino acids into cells for repair and growth. BCAAs will also help fight catabolism if u take them before workout and especially b4 morning cardio.
    It also decreases visceral fat.

One more thing: BCAAs make for 33% of your muscles. When BCAKAD enzyme activates (from lactic acid build up) it than degrades BCAAs in working muscles. It means muscle catabolism.

    Get BCAA for preworkout. Period.

I see a huge difference when taking my BCAA's every day. For me I recovery a hell of a lot faster then without them. I like throwing a scoop in with my whey shake pre-workout. Then i take some at night straight up with water. Arnold said it best when he mentioned these being the basic building block of our bodies, enough said IMO.
