creatine sealed saftey question, also flax with lignangs??

Hi, I just got in some protein powder in the mail (the bucket style is like the 5 gallon plastic paint buckest but smaller). When I opened the box I noticed some powder or something got on my hands, i couldn't see it but I could feel it on my hands, there was also on the bucket a bit. The bucket still appears well sealed, I can't budge the lid, and no powder comes out when I shake it, although I can see some under from where the seal is (although again it is well sealed). Just wondering if you guys feel it is safe to consume and if I should email the manufacturer or anything. I'm thinking maybe some got spilled a bit when it was being filled at the factory or something...?

Also I bought some flax oil pills and when I got home I noticed it was flax oil with lignans. On the back of the bottle it says that "naturally occuring lignans are inclued in the formulation. Modern research has revealed that lignans appear to have estrogen-like properties." What do you guys think about that? It is my understanding that anything with estrogen like properties wouldn't be too good for a bodybuilder. Should I give them to my mom or something?

as far as the protein goes, its probably some dust on it from filling the bucket and nothing to worry about. It happens to all jugs when they get filled and most get wiped down after sealing so you dont notice.

as far as flax with lignans, try to take it back if you didnt' open it. All flax oil has some phytoestrogens. It probably won't hinder your gains noticeably unless you bought a year supply or something.
