You can still gain weight going low carb, 90% of my gains I've made on a low carb diet. I usually just eat a bunch of chicken breasts, eggs, whey, almonds, and vegetables. PWO have your largest source of carbs for the day, and then every 4-5 days have a carb refeed.
Gaining that much weight while losing fat is extremely tricky, especially with only H-drol and Stano drol, but i suppose ive seen stranger things happen.
ill still gain weight without carbs? because like i said i wanna gain weight but i dont want it to be fat i want it to be lean muscle
Yes you can with moderate carbs, to many carbs and it turns to fat. The ph's will want a lot of protein so up that and you should put on more muscle then fat.
