    Mrp

What MRP do y'all use? I just use the good 'ol scooping method out of the tub!

My friend is a big ass BB and he uses Myoplex usually..says it tastes good...do you guys like and/or use it? I dunno, I'll probably stick to the buckets/bags...sometimes it's nice to be able to just buy a packet and mix it wtih water when I"m in a hurry though

Does the VPX taste okay? I know Labrada's Lean Body is good, I've had that from Planet Smoothie once or twice...I HATE they're brand though. The "planet smoothie" brand is evil and will make you shit yourself!

If you're looking for a lower cost MRP...I sometimes use GNC's....35P/21C/2F...comes in a tub and takes pretty good...mixed berry and chocolate. I like Met RX's chocolate packets though if money isn't an issue.
    Searching for the right balance...

I agree...Micellean is the best of the current crop as far as being a great overall meal replacement. I also love Muscle Meals by Musclelink...this tastes the best to me and is of great quality.

VPX Micellean has to be made to perfection otherwise it will taste like pure crap!

For example: If you use a blender.... highly recommended!!

    12 oz. of water...
1/2 cup of ice or 3/4 of crush ice.... make it thick but not too thick...

As for adding things in I don't believe it is necessary bc/ all of the necessary ingredients are within.... adding more is either wasteful or too much (referring to carbs!)

But, it would be up to you!

I think that VPX Micellean chocolate tastes just fine. Its not delicious like some others, but its not bad at all.

I wouldn't say that but I have certain liking and styles the way things need to be made! I think when you don't use enough water and wt/ OJ and some fruit.... Myoplex and Labrada shakes taste like shit!

I think when Micellean is made to perfection (the way I like it) it can be out any dessert, chocolate or treat!

Sold individually? Maybe to whoever makes shakes... but in stores, no. They come in a box of 20 and cost bt/ $35-49.

Do you want me to send you one? If so, PM me your address, OK? Don't worry about the cost or shipping cost! It's on me!
Oh, and before you rip the shit out of the packet, read the label of the ingredients and Nutritional values and you'll see why Gopro and I like it or speak highly of it!

I'll try...so you suggest using a lot of ice to make it thick? What flavor are you sending? And what should I put in it? Remember, I'm bulking here..

Not a lot of ice...... wait, are you using cubes or crushed ice?

Start with 10-12 oz of h20 and 6 cubes of ice..... blend it and see if it thickens........ you want it so that when it blends, the rotation is slow but not stopped! It will suck if it's stopped. If you do that... add a little more water. (If you add to much water... it will suck as well!)

I wouldn't add much more to it... regardless of your bulk phase! Read the contents package first.... like I said... but if for some freak reason... add oatmeal if you must.

Labrada puts out a good product. I've never liked Myoplex, although it is a fine product as well. Most of the major brands are solid, but there a few that stand out...Met RX 60, Dorian, Muscle Meals, Micellean, Cytoplex.

I simply like the flavor of the chocolate mixed in water. It is a much different choc taste than most others.

He did. When it first came out I talked with the exclusive U.S. distributer of the product at the time. I found out that the formulation was top notch in terms of the quality of ingredients used. Very high quality protein sources.
