All opiates will make you sleepy. Both of those meds have codeine; one just has Acetaminophen added. Here are some commonly prescribed opiates, in order from strongest to weakest: IV Morphine > Hydromorphone > oxymorphone > oxycontin > hydrocodone > tramadol/codeine.

I pulled a rotator cuff last year and codeine was not enough. I had to go with hydrocodone.

oxycontin is oxycodone, he just wrote it as the brand name

MoneytoBlow, I'm surprised you have morphine above Hydromorphone, isn't that Dilauted?? (sp?) I was on IV morphine for a bad infection and was switched onto oxycodone and I felt like even the OC was stronger than morphine was; and I know dilauted blows OC out of the water

oxycodone is percocet and hydrocodone is vicodin... oxycontin is another beast all it's own.

sorry man but nah - oxycontin and percocet both contain oxycodone, percocet also contains acetaminophen. Oxycontin is just oxycodone and a some fillers, no acetaminophen

similarly - vicodin refers specifically to hydrocodone + acetaminophen

yup, forgot about fentanyl and dont know much about demerol but sounds right

well roxicet is actually just another brand of percocet and is OC+acetaminophen. If they said that id didnt contain acetaminophen then you actually got Roxicodone (often still referred to as roxicet - though incorrectly).

Roxicodone and Oxycontin are pretty much the same thing (oxycodone w/out acetaminophen) and are just available in different dosages. One difference is that many OC manufacturers are now only producing "crush-proof" tablets to dissuade users from snorting or shooting it, this I'm not sure whether it applies to roxi's and Oxy's or just one of them.

Roxi's are off brand oxy's. Oxy's are the same thing as perc's without the fillers. Roxi's also do not have the abuse shit like the coatings or the stuff that makes them gel.

I had some girl bring me back some of that cocodamal w/ codiene and they were pussy. I took 6 and didn't feel much. But my tolerance is a little high

500mg of tylenol. How much codiene though? Like 5mg? I'd OD on the tylenol before I felt a buzz on the codiene. Supposedly there's a way to extract the good shit out of there.

    Cold water extraction brah

Crush pills into powder and mix into a glass of warm water. Put the glass in the freezer to cool it to a little above freezing - prob about 20 mins or so, check on it every 5-10 to be safe. once the acetaminophen has separated out (thick layer of white in the bottom of the glass) pour the contents of the glass through a coffee filter into another glass.

you can then repeat the process a few times with the left-over powder to get the last of the good shit out of there, but most of the powder is acetaminophen and the liquid that filtered through contains most of the codeine (can use the same method for most mixed pills)

drink it down, get your buzz on, save your liver

it's also possible to get the codeine (or whichever active you separated into the water) into pure powder form, but this takes a long time and tends to lose some of the active in the dehydrating process - better off gulping down the bitter codeine brew (and yes, it will most definitely be bitter)
