    Daily supplement intake

Seems like everyone has their own combination of preferred supplements. I wanted to post mine in case anyone thinks I'm missing something or if something is redundant. Also curious to see what others are taking. Here goes

Shake with 10 oz 2% milk and:
1 1/2 scoops ON Double choc whey
    1 tbsp Udo's oil
    1 tsp Irontek Glutamine
2x per day (morning and night - pm is post workout)

    NOW Ultra Omega-3 (500 EPA, 250 DHA) - 3 per day

    NOW C-500 (vitamin C) - 2 tablets per day

NOW ADAM multivitamin - 2 tablets per day

    Pre-workout - 2 scoops Con-cret creatine, occasionally adding 1.5 scoop of Jack3d

Looks good bro I'd say to look into a solid BCAA product. I just bought some Xtend by Scivation from Orbitnurtition.com. Love the taste and mixed easily.

Make sure you're taking the vit C at a different time than the multi. Adding a B-complex with the vit C is a good idea. I would drop the glutamine.

Thanks for the feedback. I started the glutamine because I was running a slight caloric deficit and it seemed to help with recovery. I'm going into a bulk/hypertrophy phase now so I'll drop the glutamine.

Already taking the vitamin c in the morning and the multi at night so it looks like I'm good there.

Will look into BCAA. Do you take it pre and post workout?

You got a full stack. You don't need to add anything else really. BCAAs are good but you don't NEED them.

    Casein before bed
BCAA Caps Pre or intra workout, before bed, whenever
Amino Acid Tabs pre workout, in the middle of the night, and before meals
    Beta Alanine pre post
Creatine Gave it up for a while, noticing no difference off it for 3 weeks now.
