    I will use both but if I ever buy Casien I use at night as it makes more sense with the slow delivery. Orbit carries my favorite Gaspari's Myofusion. Mixes easily and taste is tops for me.

    Best combo before sleep is to take 1 scoop of Casein and 1/2 scoop of Whey.
    I don't like taking blends because is mostly Whey, and maybe 5-10% Casein.
