Supplements wont help you by them self. When you got your nutrition down than think of some supplement.

Basic ones that are staple are:
    Multivitamin (take in the morning)
Fish Oil 3-6 caps daily minimum
Whey - 1-1.5 scoop after training combined with some carbohydrates (dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize etc. 30-45g)
Creatine monohydrate - 5g 45 min before training and 5g with Whey after training in the same shake.

exactly. if u dont have ur nutrition and training down, supplements wont do crap for you. trust me, when i was 16 - 18, i relied on supplements. now, i only take the staples and im making consistent gains.

I agree totally with getting your nutrition down to a tee. But if you are looking for a good supplement look up Reflex Nutrition and get One Stop Xtreme. It's a good all round product that allows you to get gains even when your diet is crap. But diet and rest are the most important...
