    What supplement is the best to gain weight?

    I need to know which type or brand of supplement will give me the quickest yield of weight gain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    bulk nutritonal plan, protein, creatine, homemade weight gainers, etc. There isn't a magic supp.

    I've used multiple "gainers" with moderate success. The most success came from eating rice though.

    But... since you asked which "SUPPLEMENT" not whole food, I would grab some serious mass.
