    ECA Stack proportions

Well I fucked up and let me appetite get the best of me last cycle and put on a little more bf then i wanted....

I was gunna start with a clen/t3 run but decided to keep it simple with a simple ECA stack and go from there.

I plan to us Primatene tabs for the ephedra source and then plan to pickup a generic aspirin and caffeine tab as well.

I know I read it a couple days ago i think it was 25mg/200mg/200mg but I cant remember if that was total a day or if you run that 3x a day?

Any suggestions that you have succeeded with please let me know.

I have also had success in the past running twin labs rip fuel without ephedra and am thinking about just adding primatene to that, any thoughts there?

I would start with two per day doses and use baby aspirin with your doses instead of full strength. If you need to add in an extra 100 mgs/12.5mgs for a third then if you need to go to 3 full doses. I used to do 2 fulls and could still throw in a small pre-workout with about 12.5 mgs of E; anymore and I would never sleep.

When I'm running ECA, I run it no more than 2x a day @ 25/200/100, 5-6 days a week. Sometimes only 1x a day preworkout so I can do cardio a lot longer.

I never included aspirin. But my typical EC stack was 25/400
