    White Lightning???

    When i was working out at powerhouse, they had a drink you could buy there called white lightning. It was by a company called american bodybuilding i think..... Anyways i havent seen it around at all. I wanted to get a bunch more of it tho... anyone know of where i can get it? or anyone ever hear of it? Thanks.

    HaHa! I doubt it dero...i hope not too... Nobody has heard of it?! Its a post workout drink... Well howbout i change the post then and ask "what is a good post workout drink?"

    Are you talking about Creatine mixed with water? Is that what you mean or is meant by white lightning?

    No its an RTD. American makes a lot of them. Blue thunder, etc.

    Anyway, its an expensive option regularly.

    Get yourself a couple of shakers. Buy large bags of whey (I buy the 10 pounder from Optimum). And add as much carbs as you like from a bulk dextrose supplier. Or you could pay a bit more and get a premade carb drink. Add creatine if you like.

    Or you could lick a 9 volt battery, but i don't suggest it.

    It was DISCO'd quite a while ago.......Your choices are Blue Thunder or Mass Recovery now, neither have the same protein/carb profile.
