    Waxy Maize on pumps

    has anyone used waxy maize and if so did it help fill out your muscles or give you a better pump

    I tried it wasnt impressed, I stick with dextrose now

    yeah dextrose is alot cheaper but not as many carbs has dextrose helped u in any way shape or form?

    i have an unfinished tub of glycomaize.. used to use dextrose and maltodextrin as well.
    now i'm just blending banana and oats into my pwo. i honestly don't see any difference so i'm just going with the stuff that has nutritional value.
