    Omega EFA's

Can anyone recommend a good Omega/EFA supplement?
I was thinking of trying the Animal Omega's.

Just find an Omega 3 supp that has high percentages of EPA and DHA. If it doesn't tell you the percetage of EPA/DHA, look elsewhere. There are lots of them out there, I use one from Olimp labs, but I'm in Europe and I don't know if you can get it in the States.

Carlson's is my favorite, but is pricey. NOW is a cheaper option that is still high quality.
