Hmm, haha, I don't know. I've never really looked into any of it. I just want something that's safe, LEGAL, and effective...

In my opinion I say stay all natural and work within your bodies own potential. You probably still have a lot of growing to do until you max your body out. That is just my opinion and I am sure a number of people here will shoot it down in a hurry.lol

Biggest disadvantage is being lighter in the wallet. They work GREAT for some people, but me, even after spending ~$75 or whatever results sucked for me. I used 1-Test (forget the brand offhand). I'm 26 so you and I are probably not too far off age wise, if your natural T levels are decent I think you'd have to dose up bigtime to get results, even for a 4 week cycle I'd expect to pay $300 or some ungodly amount.

Mudge, that's not really accurate. If you didn't get results from 1Test, which IS an androgenic anabolic steriod. AT proper dose it will raise test levels WAY above normal levels for ANYONE at any age. And it doesn't cost nearly that much.

If it didn't work for you, MUdge, I suspect you weren't taking enough or the company/product was crap. People will respond differently but everyone will responde. And you can do a solid 4 week cycle for under $100. People have gained up to 15 pounds in 4 weeks.

Funk is right though, unless you have been training for a while and have everything (read that training and diet) in order.

Yeah, I think I'm sticking to what I'm doing now. This was mainly for future reference in case I ever wanna try..but thanks everyone!

Sorry, but for the 45 day cycle I didn't gain anywhere near 15 pounds. I got maybe 4 pounds from it in total. There was another user on the board from England I believe, who used the same brand, not sure if his dose was also only one bottle (2 per day), he got good results from it according to him but it just didn't do squat for me. This leads me to believe I'd have had to pay $150+ to get good results, since at my bodyweight the dose is probably not enough. The stuff is more expensive than the illegal versions which do work, it just seems like another industry ripoff.

Caloric intake is responsible for weight gain wether good or bad, I watched my protein and wasn't trying to gain alot of weight but rather lower my bodyfat a bit. I was highly dissapointed. At the time I would have been on about 260g protein per day, now I'm at 390-400.

First, I want to comment about maxing out your body's potential.
If you stay natural, I don't think you could ever reach a max on your genetic potential. Maybe not , even if you were on steriods.Look at the pro's, they just get bigger and bigger. Now.....A 1-test product or a 4/ad product would increase test levels to help build muscle. A tribulus product like Tribex or Fuzu is good to raise libido, but I really don't think it is strong enough to build muscle fast. It may over time, but so will hard training and eating proper. I can say after reading Mudge's and TP's post that two people will not respond to PH's the same way. I like 1-test in that it helps increase strength quite a bit. But if I had to pick one, I think for myself, I would stick with 4/ad. It gives a little water retention to give a better environment for the muscle to grow, and I also get about the same strength increase from it. I just get more size increase from the 4-ad which is what I'm after. I think a stack of these two together though would be the best for a first time user. 4/ad will run you $45 and a super one+ will cost $76. That would be enough to last 4 weeks. Yes it does get expensive, but this is still legal. I don't won't to go the illegal route because of my job. And Freeman I'm not to sure how old you are.................if under 21 I would say stay away for a few more years on PH'S. They may have side affects that may affect growth plates. Also it will suppress natural test levels which will in turn result in you having to take other products at the end of your cycle, to get your test levels back up in order to keep your gains. That is more cost involved. There are many factors involved in considering taking PH's. Make sure you make an informed decision!

I have to agree with TP on this one.... I was told due to my size to take 4ml 3 times a day and sometimes I would take 5ml before a workout. My strength went up dramtically!

Just curious Mudge.... what brand were you taking?

No, I have heard of good (but PAINFULL) results of converting 1-Test to injectables, but it is an oral when bought on the market. There may be topical versions also but I haven't heard good about those yet.

There is the brand I was using. There was an english or sweedish member using the same product, I just can't remember his name. He was using Snake Eyes (I think) GI Joe avatar. The type I used was capsule form, not liquid.

60 caps so it would have been a 30 day supply (how I used it).

I heard oral steroids are bad on your liver, and that injectables are much safer...if that's the case, then I"ll definitely be natural for life!

Pill formats for steroids.... Winstrol (one of the hardest) makes 2 passes through the liver and is NOT good.

Then you have Anavar, etc. in pill format but I'm not an expert on Steroids or the knowledge of.... Someone else will have to take it away from this point...

IMO these are steroids man, you can't call yourself natural if you are using them. Technically you may call them steroidal precursors, and that is partially how they slipped through the law until now that they are under fire and probably soon to be illegal (see sig URL).

Basically the feds compiled a list of known steroids, but missed a few that haven't been used in along time. Some of them were revisited in the labs, improved upon or not, and brought to market through this "loophole."

I am not sure if 1-Test is a 17aa. Anavar is used in women and children and is considered pretty safe, and mild, likewise the effects in mass gain is not that great. It works by increasing red blood cell count, so it can actually cause high blood pressure if you use high doses, strength gains are considered very good with real anavar.

If you are using supplemental, or test-boosters, then you are not natural IMO, but who cares. Most people who are "I'm a natural nazi wonder boy" fear steroids for no reason at all, and generally dont know anything about them. Some people just prefer to stay natural, even though they are educated in them, GP would be an example and I'm certainly not trying to flame anyone for thier choice, however the majority of the time while some dude is snorting a line of crack and drinking his gin and tonic, I wouldn't listen to him telling me not to touch the stuff.

Then again, there may be someone out there who try to tell you crack is A-OK...

Test is test, and chemically speaking even if you inject it in your ass its no different than whats in your body already.

true, I am more of the type of guy who is natural just to be natural..like gopro..I like the idea of doing it all on my own, but I also like to be educated and keep my options open, b/c I dunno what my opinions will be in 5 years, ya know?
