    Supplement without side effects

Anyone personally experience and know which supplement does not have side effects on body and also which do not involve any possible PCT.

Like I wanted to buy super dmz, but side effects and pct scared away me.

Am beginner and working out to put decent muscle mass.

There are so many different varations dealing with side effects from one person to the next. I hate to say it but truly for one is a trial by error. Now you can read up on logs and reviews searching other feedbacks can help you. One of my favorite is PES Anabeta. Help me with solid mass and recovery and didn't experience any sides. Also BPS Endosurge is making great reviews and both can be found at Orbitnutrition.com. Good luck with your goals bro. Just remember use the supplements as addition to a solid nutrition diet.

For a beginner lifter, I'd recommed creatine and establish a foundation before getting into test-boosters and the like. Also, your age would influence what I would recommend. Protein, creatine, food and consistency in the gym, once you've stopped responding to that, then I may look into boosters and again, your age would play a large role in what I would recommend. If you're still pubecent, then you don't really want to mess with your endocrine system. Creatine does not create any negative loop feedbacks hormonally and I would recommend creatine without worrying about sides.

beginners don't need much in terms of supplementation...diet is about 80% of the game with training and supplementation making up the remaining 20.

focus on your diet and on perfecting the form on your compound exercises

I recommend reading, reading and more reading to gain the knowledge of what natural foods can do for you and what proper form is on the movements you use. Once that is established supplementing with whey, drinking adequate water and working out in perfect form is what greatly helped me for my first go-round.

Anabolic-Matrix Rx or Ultra Male Rx are both natural testosterone boosters that do not require PCT and have very mild side effects (if any).

Compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench, rows will put the greatest amount of mass on you at this stage. Test boosters and such are only really helpful when you've hit a plateau after many years of training. At this stage, no matter what you do, you'll still see strength and mass increases every week or two. Keep your diet in check with a slight excess of calories and high protein. Creatine might be the only supplement you would want.

Diet and training in check, get whey protein, creatine, multi-vitamin, fish oil, and a pre WO if you really need energy and motivation in the gym. That's all that's needed for a beginner

are you a begginer to working out or suppliments? if your a begginer to working out then i agree with the things stated below. stick to staple suppliments establish a good diet and good workout routine. if you have workout experaince and just want and extra edge... (granted your not a little kid)... then we can help you with that also. My friend decided on Super DMZ for his first cycle of anything and right now has had very impressive strenght and weight gains almost no water weight and not a single side affect.. but before any one can actually give u a better answer you need to be more specific on stats and goals

I started out at 135lbs. soaking wet. I get where you're coming from.

No offense, but you need to eat more if size and strength are your goals. I'd buy bone-in chicken breasts, boil those suckers off and eat like 4-5 a day. Add some jasmin rice with a little bit of teriyaki sauce, later on some oatmeal with Splenda and applesauce, get the no sugar added type.

If your body can tolerate milk, get skim and mix that with 2 scoops of whey protein. Drink 3 of those a day.

Like others said, focus on compound movements, bench, deads, squats, bb curls. Build up a base, get to a decent weight, maybe 175-180 for you. Access where you're at and then jump on the supp train. Super DMZ is the real deal.

Ask yourself, would you rather eat and lift your way to 175, and then take DMZ to get another 15-20 pounds, or would you want to top out at 155 AFTER taking Super DMZ?

Be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day.

since you re a beginner concentrate on working out ..muscle mass will not come in few days , you will see improvements in months and years...., non hormonal supplements will not make such a difference , the quality of your workouts will ( and emphasize on quality).
if you have a normal body eat a balanced diet and you can add to it a good source of weigh protein from time to time and some multivitamins (but you have to choose a good source).
any other supplements will have side effects sooner or later, sometimes it takes years to notice the side effects, if you don't see any side effects does not mean they are not happening.
supplements are tremendously commercialized with hundreds of suppliers (like those penis enlargement crap if you want) so much that it makes you wonder... do not use your body to experiment what works and what does not , your body is not a lab.
Avoid hormonal (steroids)and prohormonal stuff you are still young and your body is producing hormones at the rate it requires, do not mess with that..besides it can become mentally addictive and then side effects can be catastrophic, your body will no longer respond or improve without your steroids ..i am 50 clean and still improving and because of that still enjoying my workout. START CLEAN AND START PROPERLY AND GO ON CLEAN You will be proud of yourself.

Ok 27/135lb, you should have included your height as well. I'll assume you're around average height(~5'10"). So you're a 27 year old, underweight beginner that is trying to put on muscle.
As far as supplements go, I would recommend a good multivitamin&fish oil with breakfast. 1 gram of vitamin C, a B-complex, fish oil, and 1000IU vitamin D with dinner. ZMA before bed. All of these are pretty standard except the vitamin D & ZMA. I would stick with the vitamin D & ZMA for at least 2 months to be sure that you are not deficient. Being deficient in these vitamin/minerals can lead to low test.
If you weigh 135lbs you shouldn't need to supplement with protein.
You should concentrate on learing how to diet correctly. If you post your goals and stats in the Diet and Nutrition forum you should get some good feedback. Likewise on your training routine, post it in the training forum. Also, always read the stickies in the forums, there's good stuff in there.

Hello all, been using anabolic matrix from 2 weeks, definitely noticeable but not exceptional or phenomenal in my case. I am thinking of moving on to start super DMZ Rx cycle to put up more strength and stamina.

I am assuming I have to buy all different types of products? Do you guys order single product or complete dmz stack set for 177$ ?

Also small edit in before post am 27y/160lb/5'11. What do you guys suggest. Though side effects (mostly liver related) scare me, haven't read anyone saying they got to go visit doctor and end up paying $$$ for treatment. So feeling positive about purchasing.
