CLA's I would take about 6 grams daily...divided into 2 doses..For fish oil I know many people who will overload with it and then others who feel good anywhere from 2 to 6 grams daily. I would start lower and then move up with the dosage as you feel comfortable. Try to minimize taking fish oil near workouts though as for it can suppress maximum testosterone output. Good luck!

I started by taking the suggested amount on the bottle with NO difference in anything...Went to 5g/day and now I am on 10g/day and feel a lot better and I am only 5'2" and weigh in at 140 lbs...If you don't feel results with the dose you are on, up your intake 2-3g/day for a week or two until you find "your" dose...

Just remember with most vitamins and supplements if you take more than you need you will just pee off the excess...

And I too have read to NOT take fish oil too close to workout time as well...Try this information site and read up on it...
