My sponsor sends me their "deca-crea." Before I talk about the results, know that last time I took creatine was five years ago when I tried the wal mart stuff once and threw it out after attempting their 'loading phase.'

I really like the stuff, I was a firm non believer in any creatine, but my pull ups in creased by 33% for each set. And my conventional deadlift was locked at 457.5 for over about 18 months, and then a week or so after I smoked 475, then 495, and I hit 535 three weeks ago. But I hurt my back, so I am staying at 495 until it starts feeling better.

I noticed NOTHING on squats with it, and it has helped bench. Not much with reps, but my max has been going up slighlty quicker. All of my friends like it, but they say they won't buy it for the 50.00 tokkyo wants to charge. They use my 50% off code which is in my signature.

I don't know how similar this is, but a good friend of mine swears by Sci Fits kre alkalyn. I've been told that it is still creatine, just different in a way. I don't know how tokkyo's product stacks up to other products on the market, and I don't know about kre alkalyn, but that's just what I've heard.

creatine helps me power through my first few reps in a set, thus add more reps per set and helping with strength
