every human body is different so everything you put into one is gonna react differently. I'd keep trying different stuff till you find something you really like.

IMO, and some members may disagree, but if your talking just stickly creatine and nothin' added(protein, bcaa's, etc..) their all the same...
Please note that you make sure it's pure monohydrate.

IMO Mona is the best. The best I've used by far would be SyntheCREATINE by Synthetek!

Creatine mono is still king of the creatines, but some have advanced in studies suck as APS Creatine Nitrate or Neovar. I still stick with pure mono as it's proven to work so well and isn't going to break your wallet. Orbitnutrition.com has a massive inventory on the tops creatines used.

waste of money and you will get water retention, increased blood pressure etc... and in the long run kidney problems......as you even said it does not work i might as well give you a candy and tell you this is creatine and if it does work you will not notice the difference. just work out right

sometimes for some people it does give a small push but it bloats you with water. it works for you maybe because you think it does, you probably need some motivation and creatine does it for you try working out with a partner who can motivate you you might get better results.

If you don't try mono first you are shortchanging yourself, next I would try magnesium creatine chelate or a product from Omega called Trinitine. Creatine in creatine but many bloat on mono, like me, and I get a great dry look from MCC.

define "doesnt seem to work". Are you going to gain 20lbs and get ripped while taking creatine like all the muscletech ads state? NO! But you will appear to be more full and maybe put on 5-6 lbs. Strength may increase a bit. Creatine is an amazing supplement that can be taken year round with no bad side effects. However it is not a miracle supp that will do the work for you. Id say the best creatine is the cheapest. For the most part its all the same.

I have taken different types of creatine for years on and off and never really noticed any difference. When people say they felt it or its good what exactly did it do for you?

For me Creatine Nitrate increased my overall strength and gave me some good pumps. How ever pure mono gives me the same strength and recovery but also bloats me.

i would say no. creatine wont contribute to "fat", just water bloat -if any. That can be lost within a day or 2 just by coming off creatine.
