I am 27, about 15 Kgs over weight and am loosing weight steadily for the last 2 months, about 2-3 Kgs a month. I want to loose till my ideal weight and also have a athletic body post that with good definition. I also play a lot of sports so that will there too I guess. Also most importantly I am a Lacto Eggetarian.
Is Isopure or Whey a good idea for me??? of course I have heard many stories about supplements and how they harm you but would like to find out the real story.
Really whey or a blended protein like the ones on sale at Orbit (int'l shipping FYI). Isolate is great but really only for post workout, it is absorbed quickly and has a tendency to make you hungry. I suggest a blend or a whey concentrate, they are inexpensive and very effective. Just watch how many carbs are in it, I don't care so much about the fat content.
