    joint formulas for back pain?

I am wondering if anyone is using joint formulas for low back problems. Since they improve cartilage density and lubrication, I was hoping it may help the small facet joints between my lower vertebrae, which cause me discomfort and grinding and locking.

    thanks for the help

Also,I have a bottle that says do not take with methyltest. Anyone know why?
