    Supplement Feedback

    Age: 22
Weight: 195 (I wanna be >200 solid with lower bf%)
    Height: 5'11"
    bf%: 10-12% (I wanna be like 7 or 8)
    Training seriously for 5 years
Diet currently consists of about 250g of protein and 4.5k-5k calories/day

what supplements are best to take on top of a good diet and a good workout routine?

Currently, I take Kre Alkalyn (one pre and one post workout) and I take USP Labs Modern BCAAs (one scoop pre and one during workout) and I take Elite Gourmet protein (it's a whey casein mix, I take one an hour before workout, one post workout, one before bed)

    any pre hormone suggestions?

I am literally open to any supplements please post feedback or suggestions (I already have a AS cycle lined up but not for a couple months)

    Thanks in advance

I'd say give it some more years before you get in the ph's but that being said, google Pes Anabeta reviews and BPS Endosurge. Both are wicked good supps and give the libido charge. Always keep a solid creatine, BCAA's, and Protein as staples. Check out Orbitmnutrition.com and you'll see a massive inventory and tops and well known products.

More food if you want to grow. Give it time, don't jump into anything outside of your age range. I mean that in a positive way. You sound like you have a great foundation and room to grow. Keep growing naturally first.

    Fish oil
    multivitamin
    creatine

The rest is whatever fits in your calories
(this is just my opinion, others add more).
Please do not PM me with questions, I will not PM you back.

Kre-Alkalyn its "pH-correct creatine" it has all the benefits of creatine without the water retentive properties so basically lean mass. I like it a lot been using it like 4 montha

Anabeta will def help packed on some weight bro I love the stuff and will be using it at least 5x a year. Endosurge will send your libido in over drive. Both are not that expensive and Orbit has them in stock always.

    In this order:

    1. Multivitamin
Best ones for your money: ISS Super Vitamin Pack, Natures Best Super Multi Power Pak.
ALSO be sure to take 1000 mg vitamin C in the morning and another 1000 mg with your post workout meal.

    2. Whey for post workout
Best ones: ON 100% Whey Gold or any other that you can find that is cheap but from a reputable company.
Also add some carbs like dextrose or maltodextrin (30-45g)

    3. Fish Oil
Best one (and cheapest): NOW Omega 3. 500 caps for $17.75.

    4. Creatine Monohydrate (no ethyl ester, kre alkalyn or any other BS)
Any creatine that is micronised and from a reputable company: Ultimate, Universal, Labrada, Dymatize, ON... Buy in bulk and it will last forever.

    @BlueJayMuscle
Kre Alkalyn is just marketing, trust me, is no better than monohydrate.

USP Labs Modern BCAAs - too expensive.

Kre Alkalyn - refer to above. Next time get monohydrate and don't be fooled by marketing. Btw guys do you know that company that made kre alkalyn went to court because they made false claims for it, basically they lied.

Elite Gourmet protein - is mostly just whey. Guy who owns supplement chain store told me that, he knows the exact % of proteins inside. Never use it pre workout, eat a solid meal 1.5-2 h before. Take 1.5 scoops post workout and pre bed.

If you got those 4 covered than next step would be this:

    5. BCAA
10-15 g 20-30 min pre workout. Buy regular BCAA in bulk or Purple Wraath (is EAA) and take 1 scoop pre workout.

    6. During workout - sip in between sets
    Super Liquid Amino - Dymatize
    Power Shock - VPX
    Purple Wraath - Controlled Labs

    Enjoy
