I just got prolab creatine - help with measuring

What is the best spot on way to measure 5 grams of creatine without getting scales? i.e. Level teaspoons would be nice.

The label says 'rounded' does that mean 'leveled'? I've had some musclemag creatine before and it said 'heaping' teaspoons - but had the same 5 grams per dose.

    ahh confusion!

A teaspoon....somewhere between rounded and heaping.

    Did that help?

Are you that concerned about getting an extra 1-2g because of using heaping teaspoon amount?

    No

It looks like a 'leveled' teaspoon to a heaping teaspoon pretty much doubles or almost triples the amount. In which case if I leveled it I may be only get 1-2 grams, or I could be getting 10+ grams out of the heaping teaspoon. In any case I would be much more comfortable knowing exactly how much I'm taking instead of guessing.

I would say if you are that concerned buy a rounded teaspoon and fill it up, level it off, put it in you water and enjoy.

I was recently using the prolab creatine monohydrate. The only problem I had with it was it looked like you were drinking bath water. Also I got abdominal cramps for the first week or so of using it. They eventually went away though.
