    Can I drink serious mass without building muscles?

    I'm a girl, Can I drink serious mass without building muscles? I just want to gain weight, not muscles. if I were not to make muscles, how many servings should I take?

    Btw I'm 21 year old and I weigh only 88 pounds

    ya but why would you drink it if u didnt want to gain muscle? why not just drink a milk shake or a glass of milk

    Drinking something won't make muscles. working out/ exerting more stress on your muscles than they are used to will "make" muscles.

    You can drink that all day without working out and you will just get fat.
