so how long are the effects on a daily basis? Shakes didn't last long for me, 30-60 minutes and they weren't that bad or all that noticeable to other people.
would it be possible to take it after school(3-4pm) and be asleep by 10-11? Depends how you respond to stimulants, I wouldn't recommend taking it that late. I have a high tolerance to stims and I took it around 6 or 7 AM and I was still moderately stimmed 8-10 hours later.
why is HIIT style training to be avoided? HR can go too high. A light jog on the treadmill put my HR up to 170 BPM in the matter of a few minutes. I imagine HIIT could send it over 200 pretty easily.
would it effect me if i took it on sat/sun only, while doing insanity 60(dvd workout routine 5 days a week) I don't see the point to take it in that case.
is a specialized diet or modifications to a diet required? Obviously you should be modifying diet to be focused on cutting fat.
ive heard of a burnout period, does this occur daily? what about when the cycle is done?
last thing i wanna do is do a cycle then feel like a bag of *** for a few weeks Didn't for me, usually you would want to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off unless you're taking it alongside Keto.
is it anything like drinking too much caffeine? Not really, I've taken up to 400 mgs of caffeine at once. Clen was entirely different.
is there any long term damage done to my beta 2 receptors? Not that I've ever heard of.
