From the sun Total EFA
Has anyone else used this instead of Flax. Right now I am using it in place of UDO's. I was just tryoing to get some people's opinions on the product, thanks in advance

Vale: EFA, is that Pro Lab's brand of flax seed? Right now im taking Omega Nutrition's brand of flax seed oil. You get more pills for a cheaper price, and its also rich in omega 3, which is what your lookin for in a good pill. I find its a great pill to take.. Enjoy
