    Lactose free protein(whey)

Looking for some new options on lactose free protein. Shit is so damn expensive.

I bought all the whey in bulk but they appear to be gone, out of business.

tried isopure and its like chalk(not cheap either) mixes 6/10

LOVE muscle milk but its loaded with a lot of other stuff(though if its cheap enough id use this all the time)

currently using the costco brand cytosport stuff in the jugs not bags. Jugs are lactose free, bags are low lactose(found out the hard way, forgot to read the bag). Anyways its right around 8.00/lb and that is starting to kill me.

Id like to find somewhere a little cheaper even if i have to buy in bulk. Any thoughts?

If you're lactose intolerant have you looked at lactase tablets?

May work out cheaper to buy regular protein and lactase tabs than a lactose free protein, with the same net effect: more protein, less shitting yourself.

I use them when i get the occasional naughty snack, ie, 55 scoop of ice cream medley. Maybe its something I can look into. I heard some of the brands have damn good tasting flavors.

I use to be able to drink whey all the time. Seems to be upsetting stomach at times now. Have to start taking lactase tablets. Lactose free protein is to much money.

I might have solved my own issue temporarily. I have only been drinking the chocolate from costco(cytosport). It was getting old and not really tasting like chocolate. Just tried the vanilla shake and its so damn good. taste like a cake batter. Im down with that. Price is still lower than most I am finding and know my hole will appreciate that its lactose free.
