    kelp & alfalfa

    hi im new here im sketch
    i was just wandering would i be ok taking kelp&alfalfa with some of these supplements and vitamins im taking,some of which ive been using while recovering from spinal surgery in march of this year,
    i take vit B vit C omega3 calcium zinc star flower oil glucosimine,l-arginine l-ornithine l-lysine, mutant mass shake as i have trouble putting weight on this drink has done me ok,
    ive just started taking genf20 aswell due to its good reports on the healing process.my surgeon is over the moon with the progres ive made from 9st4lb in march to 11st now and a body as good as it was in my 20s infact ive been accused of taking steds!!! i think its what ive taken the way ive trained for the last 7 mths,i dont want to undo all the good work for the sake of a few supplements that dont agree,,thanks for taking the time,

    Don't have much experience with the two but by the looks of it, it is fine...maybe someone else has more info.
