    Anyone make their BCAA drink the night before?

    Any of you guys make your BCAA drinks the night before your using them?

    If no then why?

    I make my protein the nights before, not my creatine. But was wondering about the BCAA

    Making your BCAA drink the night before is fine...

    you are good to go with Whey protein too (if thats the protein you are refering to) but it just sounds a bit.... chalky

    Why are you making them the night before?...

    Hey champ.

    Yeah whey, I find its fine not chalky, I put a banana in it and some LSA.

    I make them the night before so its easy done with my food etc I make the night before. Grab it and go, get to the gym for cardio and have it. Helps I work at a gym but fuck the people I work with are pigs and Im not putting any of my containers etc in their sink. lol.

    I always mix mine the night before. If I do it just before working out it doesn't have time to dissolve properly.

    yeah man I find that too, thats another reason I was asking about doing it then also.

    Typically yes so it can actually dissolve. Otherwise it all floats to the top and foams up.
