    Where to start?

There's so many supplements out there, it's hard to know what to do or where to start.

I'm currently taking Six Star Muscle Builder (cost about $20 for about 2lbs) from Walmart for the protein and carbs to help add weight. I usually take it before a workout (early morning) and then later to get more calories in.

I need to supplement my calorie intake each day because I know I don't eat enough real food, when I do eat enough real food I feel overstuffed all day. So I use this to fill the gap. I'm never hungry.

So where to start looking for something better? Better intake to weight ratio? Better bang for my buck?

There's so many choices out there it's hard to know what's good and what's a waste of time and money. ????

I like ON 100% Whey. Eat more calorie dense foods and you will be able to up your calories without feeling overstuffed. Get creatine, a multi, and a fish oil as well.

I have some advice on eating on my blog.. I never have the appetite.. so.. I get you there.. but honestly.. best thing for appetite is training.. the harder you train the more your body wants food to repair itself.. so train long and hard.

one easy to eat calorie dense food I used as a between meal snack on my last bulk was McD's double cheeseburgers (1.29 each) If you order two and throw away the top halves of the buns and turn them over on top of each other you have over 50g of nutritional protein and about 5-600 calories.

I could put one of those away in less than 2 minutes and barely feel like I even ate. Be sure to order it fresh or you could get a dried out one which makes it harder to get down.

I know McD's sucks but if you're trying to pick up weight these calorie and protein dense objects are perfect...just think of it as a supplement instead of food lol.

Whey protein, creatine, fish oil and BCAA is all you need.

You can start by taking some whey and fish oil.

I like to add wazy maze to my protein shakes anytime I drink them. Doesnt change the taste much but does make it kinda chalky. I've been using prima force carb slam, 90 servings of 30g complex carb for less $30. Thats an extra 120 calories per shake and with 3-5 shakes a day its an easy 360-600 extra calories a day.
