To take sesamin or not to take sesamin, that is the question.
Hey everyone, I have a few quick question here but first some explanation in terms of my problem. I have been lifting for about 3 months now and never really had any interest in supplements. As of now I have only been taking fish oil and a multivitamin. The only reason I take them is because they have been sitting in my house and no one else takes them; thought I might as well. I've been doing some research lately and have gotten interested on a certain supplement. A few articles I have read claim that sesamin aids in burning fat and preventing the storage of fat. Seeing that I'm completely new to supplements I was wondering if anyone else used it. I'm trying to cut right now and have quite a bit to cut. Would you recommend the use of it? Any better supplements that are cheaper? I want to be able to purchase something that lasts.
