You might have posted in jest, but I actually agree with this.

Kids vitamins have lower doses, so you can take them twice a day, supplying your body with a more constant supply of vitamins instead of a large peak, much of which might go wasted.

Also, if you're concerned with taking excessive amounts, kids' vitamins are a lower dose, so you could take them once a day if you're already getting most of your vitamins from food.

Sadly, kids' vitamins are generally more expensive per 'dose'.

I brought a 500-count bottle of Berkley and Jensen vitamins back from the States. Bought it at Walgreens for 17 bucks. 3 cents per pill, supplies most vitamins at 100% RDA (if bioavailability is 100%, which is doubtful)

ISS Super Vitamin Pack by far!

If you don't like taking 9 pills a day than Super Multi by Dymatize is your second best choice, great product with great dosages and ridiculous price.

Orange Triad is an awesome product if you are taking some joint supplement cuz you can just take OT - it combines multi and joint product in one for a good price.

I always either go with Orange Traid from Controlled Labs or NOW Adam if I'm more strapped for cash. OT is phenomenal and the joint and digestion benefits are excellent

Orange Traid by controlled labs is solid. Not expensive like those lame arse GNC Mega mens. Traid has a good profile and can be found off Orbitnutrition.

Currently I am taking fruit and green powders with protein shakes and I eat vegis with foods. I don't think i need to eat a lot of vitamnins, because I don't lift heavy like some other people.
