    Muscle Tech Neurocore

Muscle Tech's new Neurocore Preworkout supplement:

Not a bad product at all. They claim 1 scoop is enough, but IMO 2 scoops is the way to go. If you are a bigger guy (200+lbs) you might even need 3 scoops. That being said it may not be the most cost offective route.

Taste isn't anything special, nor is it bad.

Must say I like it, wish it were a bit cheaper though! yeah...ima cheapy.

I will probably be in the same boat here in another week or two.

When I used jack3d I started at 2 scoops, before the end of a bottle I was at 3-4 scoops.

My Pre-workout stays with me as long as I train (~3 months) then I rest for ~2weeks. (~ = Approximately heh)

So I respond pretty well to pre-workout after not having any stims for 2 weeks.

In any case Neurocore ain't bad. Some people respond good to the Citruline
which products like jack3d do not have.
