    Question How Much Creatine?

Well, all the earlier thread about WHEN to take creatine confused the begeezus out of me, but lets see if the question of how much is the right amount works better. I've heard as little as five grams a day and as much as twenty. (??!?!?)

You would need to eat several pounds of steak to do this.

With creatine there is no one answer fits all. Many people will see adequate results with 5 grams. Most will get better results with 10. Some don't respond at all.

    I don't get any benefits unless I have 15-20.
