    creatine cycling

Do you guys cycle your creatine? What do you recommend for a puss like myself trying to get strong/huge? I've been taking 5g a day for quite some time...a couple months now...should I stop??

Usually I don’t cycle creatine, I don’t see a reason to do so if you just buying st8 creatine. I did stop taking it for 3 weeks b/c I ordered VPX plasma expander and I hear if you have not taken creatine prior to it results may be better. Lets see how that goes. I still have not started taking it.

I cycle creatine. I use it when I am bulking which is about 4-6 weeks. I cycle my phases: 4-6 bulk, 2 weeks maintain, 4-6 weeks cut and repeat as many times as you like. So I use creatine for about a month and a half and then I stop using it for about a month and a half. Sometimes I do use through out my whole diet cycle, about 3 months and then I take a break from it during my next diet cycle about 2-3 months.

I do know people who use it year round though.

well, I'm gonna be bulking for a some time. I'm trying to be as clean with my diet as possible. I dont' see a cut for me any time soon...so I'm thinking about stickin' with the creatine.

Yeah it is great for a bulk.

Actually I used it once on a cut and I got great results.....hmmm maybe I should use it year round.

but, I'm giving gopro's workout a shot and eating like mad...so we'll see what happens.

There is no reason to cycle creatine.

That said, I typically only use it when I bulk because of the water retention.

It usually takes me 3-4 months to finish off a 1000g container then I take at least a month off before I buy another.Works for me.
