go to bodybuilding.com & do a search. those boys have a lot to say about it. Just be careful because there are a lot of smart asses on that board if you ask a question.
My friend tried it and it did nothing, don't waste your money. He made it sound like it was the next biggest supplement that would replace creatine and then he's like what a waste of money.

Hey Freeman, I went out on a limb and ordered some of the NOX2 from Pinnacle,. Could be a rip or it could be something good. I have read lots of threads on it and have decided to try it. I am downloading off Creatine now, but I will let you know in about 2 weeks what I think.

Awesome man! Thanks!![]()
KataMaster did a post on home-made NO2 that was quite intriguing (sp?) a while back.
Me being a computer sloth can't figure out how to post it here though.![]()

Home made No2!
Bigss75 you are right it's argnine for the most part, if not almost competely. Read the link!
Day #2 on NOX2. No change yet, maybe a slightly better pump. I'll try to keep ya posted.
Buy yourself some Arginine powder, take the top off and take a deeeep smell of it![]()
lol, I'm in to buying the already made to swallow stuff. I'm not in to any home brews etc. If I throw my money away, oh well. You never know something unless you try it on your own. hehe
I am on my second bottle of this stuff when out falls a brochure that says at my body weight, I should take 10 a day (5x2)
So I try it.
Man the pump is incredible. I am not a good one to say whether it helps you add muscle b/c I am dieting now and am clearly not advancing in the gym b/c of that.
The pump is awesome though. Worth $70/bottle...umm, I think not.
My Carb Cycling Progress - you can't hide from the numbers.

I take 3 grams L-Arginine in the am and another 3 grams right before bed...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

It has been 7 days. I have noticed more endurance & energy overall. The pump is slightly more than usual, nothing totally mind boggling yet. I do notice my arms tighter throughout the day, again nothing totally awesome yet. Let me make it to my next workout and I would think I should notice some of these awesome results they talk of very soon if any.
While I can't say I've noticed any of the claims that NO2 is making.. I can say the pump is well worth it. The psychological effects of just feeling good are beneficial as well. I do feel more endurance but maybe it's just a placebo. Regardless, NO2 is my placebo.
Taking just L-Arginine is not the same. Sorry.
No I'm not a scientist. Just been training for some time. Average Joe. No 'questionable' substances either.
I will say that NO2 is a bit pricey. Like Creatine was in the beginning. Hoping the price will drop on that. There are competitors products that are doing well.
I think it's worth one bottle. I felt the pump very fast. Within the first few hours. I've been steady on it now for 5 days and my workouts are a bit better.
If it's a placebo.. it's a working placebo.![]()
There is a book available on NO@ that I've read thru a few times. It's called the 21 Day Transformation. Ed Byrd, a co- founder of EAS is the author. It lists for $20 but the GNC's have em on sale for a dollar. The product is kinda pricey at $80, but, it's a 30 day supply for anyone under 200 lbs. Only an 18 day supplly tho if you're over 200. I ordered Pinnacle brand earlier this week and am going to start it tomorrow. It was less than half the price of the MRI brand. According to the book, you don't have to cycle off of the MRI brand, but, if you're taking Creatine with it, they reccomend that you do cycle that. If you're taking Creatine prior to starting the NO2, they recommend you cycle off of Creatine before beginning the NO2. I'm not taking Creatine, so I'm going to start the NO2 without it and see what happens. The book is very much worth the dollar they ask for it. Good luck.
