I'm curious about this too... my stomach hasn't been agreeing with whey lately.

I think all the Isopure fruit flavors are lactose free, I thought Muscle Med's protein was, but the label has "nonfat dry milk" on it.

do you need non dairy for personal reasons(vegan) or are you lactose intolerant?

If you are lactose intolerant you have the local board selling some good stuff
IronMagLabs Bodybuilding Supplements & Prohormones: Whey Protein Isolate
Tad pricey but supposed to be worth it. We lactose people dont have much of a choice.

    Just found a place online
    Bulk Whey Protein Isolate.

Then you have cytosport who makes a decent protein under 10.00/lb at your local costco.

Sams club has a whey isolate
    Premier ProteinĀ® Whey Isolate

Then you have the regular way over priced brands at your local gnc and vitamin worlds.
Please do not PM me with questions, I will not PM you back.

ON 100% EGG Protein is good
Dymatize 100% Egg Protein is ok

The best I have tried is Healthy 'n' FIT

Now is you want 100% pure EGG protein powder - VITOL

Use whey protein. There are scientific studies that put whey protein ahead of other types of protein products for muscle-building and weight loss. There are no hormones used in milk cows, and any antibiotics won't find their way into protein product because it's just that - purified, processed protein. Even the lactose naturally found in milk isn't a problem in whey, because it's pretty much not there.

Any good brand of whey (like Optimum Nutrition, IronMag's own, BSN, Dymatize, Gaspari) will do.

I covered potential concerns about antibiotics in dairy, and lactose intolerance. Any other reason someone has to not take whey is pretty much BS

Check out what I posted above. All are lactose free. I have the same issue and am forced to pay 3-4 dollars more per lb. Enjoy bro.

For the past few months I have gone completely off of dairy, and have been using Life Time Nutritional Specialties Lifes Basics Plant Protein made from hemp, rice, pea and chia seed. I mix it with almond milk. Not saying it is any better or worse than whey, but I get no bloating or other effects that whey can produce, and I feel that my recovery time and muscle retention is equal to when I was using whey.

I also have a powder (Garden of Life Raw Meal) made from various sprouts that has a great nutritional profile, but it tasts like a mule took a crap in the bucket - really bad, but mixed with cocoa powder or strawberries, it is somewhat drinkable if you drink it fast.

    Take your protein powder money.....

While your in walmart go to the eggs aisle and find liquid pasteurized egg whites! Ingredients should read 100% egg whites.....

Since your at wal mart they should be cheap -3-4 bucks for 32oz.

Now mix that up with crystal light or pineapple or fresh orange juice. Post workout is now covered.

    Trueprotein.com.

You can make your own custom blends. Going to be picking up some egg white and whole egg custom mixes.

I like my "All Whites" brand it has done me right the past month. I get em for 3.33 for 32oz = 100g of protein.
