    Halios

    just picked up a few vials of this stuff called halios. Its injectable clen and yohimbine hcl. supposedly you inject it where you have stubborn fat deposits and it targets that area for fat lose. any one ever hear of this stuff, use it, know of it?

    Helios has been around for a while. I will say that it does work. Once you get past the bruising that MIGHT come.

    Look around for logs here and at other forums.

    1. You need to have low % body fat - less than 9-10%.
    2. Is injected with insulin needle subcutaneously.
    3. Week 1 - 0.5ml ED, Week 2 - 1ml ED; 2 Weeks OFF; Repeat.

    Yes.

    use on last little stubborn fatty deposits that linger....lower back, glutes etc....

    Pinch the skin fold and make rapid botox like injections....covering a surface area. Remember small amounts spread over the stubborn area. Of course being in a caloric deficit is critical and while its freshly in the fatty deposits go and do some cardio to oxidize the liberated free fatty acids...

    thanks guys. Im about 7ish % bf right now just want to trim off this stubborn back fat, other than that every thing is looking pretty shredded. hoping this stuff works.
