need advice as to what to buy and how to take

well i am gona run naturally for a while. heres what i have in store at my house. all the following is by universal nutritions. creatine powder, gain fast 3100, 100% beef amino's, amino 2700, and beta ala9. i also take muscle pharms pre-workout assault before i work out. i also have by optimum nutrition. serious mass, HMB caps, BCAA caps, and 100% casein. i take the casein before i sleep at night. anyways i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to stack these properly for the best results as far as when to take them and what not. also have fish oil and multivitamins on hand. eating 4 to 6 meals per day and train 5 days a week. i'm 20 years old i weigh 130 pounds at 5 foot 6 inches. i'm thinkin about starting this also as a post workout agenda: sugar, protein, creatine, water(but not too much) drink a protein shake, and 5 g of creatine in water, and wash it down with a cup of grape juice(wich has 40g of sugar) the sugar triggers an insulin spike, insulin shuttles the protein and creatine into the muscle cells promoting recovery. this is the same premise by wich bodybuilders use insulin(but they inject it because of all the HGH they use makes them insulin resistant) like i said i'm new to the supplement world ive been training hard over a year(been training for a couple years but not too hard til this past year) anyway i was wondering if someone could help me put together a little routine with all these supplements i have to get the best results out of them to benefit me most. thanks alot guys

First thing you're gonna need to do is eat much more food. The supplements aren't going to make you bigger but food will.
Please be aware of the laws or your country regarding aas

I would ONLY use wt gainer if it were QUALITY as in you made it. Protein blend, rilose or oats, + coconut oil. Far too much junk in most wt gainers now days.

LBA's are cool and you can use them with each meal or between meals. Creatine is cool and does help with some strength and performance gains.

Do not stress too much over all these supplements as FOOD is your primary anabolic while training naturally. REMEMBER THAT!

Post workout -- what I currently do is this -- 8oz of 100% liquid pasteeurized egg whites + 12oz organic pineapple juice + 1 scoop of natural whey isolate.

Its great -- and the egg whites are 100 grams of protein per carton for 3 bucks.

lol-- no man, the liquid whites are tasteless and when mized with pineapple juice plus a packet of splenda with ice! It's refreshing! (i kid you not)

HMB -- may be decent anti catabolic when dieting and in a severe caloric deficit, but I would save your money at the moment and buy more quality food.

SFG I agree people should be real but come on...off by less than one year (possibly off by only days)? 5 lbs difference? I know I can easily fluctuate 4 lbs in one day (I've dropped 25 lbs in 7 days before) and I've rounded up in some threads when my birthday was approaching to save explanation. These differences aren't worth calling someone out for and threatening with neggs.

Now gaining 5 lbs of lean mass is alot harder than losing 5 lbs of fat and water but it looks like this OP's post is all in the realm of realistic stat reporting...if he was gonna lie, why not claim to be over 200 lbs at 8% body fat with 22" arms. If I was gonna lie, I would at least try to sound impressive!
Well hello Mister Fancypants. Well, I've got news for you pal, you ain't leadin' but two things, right now: Jack and shit... and Jack left town.
